Amy Bennett DVM

A New Jersey native, Dr. Bennett moved to Michigan in 1991. She is married to her high school sweetheart. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time up north at her family cottage and running her kids to their various extracurricular activities. The Bennetts live in North Muskegon with their 2 children. They share their home with a Miniature Schnauzer and a German Shorthaired Pointer.

Carrie Bargren DVM

Dr. Bargren grew up on the Eastern shore of Lake Michigan in Wisconsin and moved with her husband Travis to West Michigan in 2019 to work at WMVS. In her spare time, she enjoys seeing her family as well as going sailing, camping, kayaking, cross-country skiing, reading, and baking.

Cole Demeester

Cole Demeester DVM

Dr. Cole Demeester was born and raised in Coopersville, Michigan. After completing farrier school in Oklahoma, he worked as a farrier while completing his veterinary degree at Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he spent one year in Sioux Falls, SD completing an equine internship focused on general practice before spending a year working on Quarter Horse racehorses in New Mexico and Texas. He is proud to bring his knowledge back home to horses in West Michigan. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Demeester enjoys competing in ranch sorting events on his horses Lucy and Sparty as well as traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Deron Nelson DVM

Dr. Nelson is a 2nd generation veterinarian growing up in the Fruitport area. He and his wife Rebekah have a daughter and twin boys. He enjoys driving and raising Norwegian Fjord horses, blacksmithing, timber framing and using and refurbishing historic horse drawn equipment.

Kaitlin Soave DVM

Dr. Kaitlin was born and raised in a southwest suburb of Chicago, where she started riding her Quarter Horse mare, Shawnee, in 4H. She moved to Michigan for college and fell in love with living on this side of Lake Michigan. She and her husband Ryan are enjoying raising their two daughters, Ariana and Kora. In addition to providing retirement for her childhood horse, she also lives with three cats and some chickens. Kaitlin enjoys cooking, gardening, rock climbing, and hiking/camping throughout Michigan and the US.
